Fostering Community is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children impacted by foster care through advocacy, resources, and support. As co-founder of the organization, I had the opportunity to build a website that not only communicates the heart behind our mission, but also serves as a central hub for support, engagement, and connection. I crafted the mission statement and wrote all the website copy, thoughtfully highlighting each of our programs—from First Night Supplies to the Louisiana Heart Gallery and our Youth Development initiatives. The final site offers a clear path for community members to get involved and helps foster families, youth, and supporters easily find the resources they need.
